The hotel was very nice, clean, centrally located, and I was impressed with the quality of the front desk staff. They were all polite, professional, and really went out of their way to be helpful. The views from the hotel room of the city were cool. The room was spacious, clean, and well lit. The hotel was a little difficult to find from our uber arriving at night, but it is very obvious during the daytime. We appreciated the availability of a late check-in as well as being able to store our bags there for a few hours after we checked out.

Our room, which was a suite was very spacious. The 2 beds had very nice linens and plenty of pillows. It included 2 screens: Living area and bedroom. Plenty of storage options, including an easy to use safe. The bathroom was very nicely set up. Great central location, walkable to many downtown sights, especially the canal walk, historic Richmond and restaurants.

We stayed here for 3 nights and she made this a memorable stay for us Beds were comfortable and towels were changed every day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was only a few min drive to the hosting hotel for the conference. Due to cost, I stayed at the HIE, which was a good choice.

This hotel was a great experience! I wanted to take the bed home with me.. or just never leave LOL the staff are all super sweet, the room was clean the bathroom looks like it had been recently upgraded; very nice. Oh yeah and the breakfast was amazing such a variety of things to eat:-)
